SUMMARY:29th Annual Week of CARE Dinners
DESCRIPTION:This year’s Week of CARE will take place February 1–7\, 2026\, and we are truly grateful to partner once again with two incredible local restaurants/caterers: Luigi’s Italian Chophouse & Bar and Dorothy’s Catering 2. Together\, we are offering a comforting variety of take-home meals\, lovingly prepared and available for pickup during specific time slots throughout the week. Each meal feeds approximately six people and many can be frozen for later. More than just a meal\, we hope these moments around the table become time spent enjoying good food\, warm conversation\, and the company of those who matter most. \nWe are also delighted to bring back our lunch pick-up option (For Luigi’s ONLY). Whether you choose to treat your staff to an Employee Appreciation Luncheon\, gather friends for a midday meal\, or brighten a Sunday brunch after church\, we hope it brings joy to your day. Let your creativity lead the way – this is a chance to share something meaningful with the people around you. \nMeals are $175 and serve six. Because each restaurant can prepare only a limited number of meals per date\, we encourage you to place your order early. Ordering begins January 2\, 2026\, and can be done on this link; by calling The CARE Clinic at 910-485-0555; or emailing careclinicnc@gmail.com. All orders must be received before January 28th. Early reservations help ensure you receive your preferred restaurant and pickup date and allow us to notify our partners in advance. *Limit 10 orders per meal choice per time slot per day for Luigi’s\, so get your preferred pick-up request in early! \nEvery meal purchased directly supports The CARE Clinic and the uninsured\, low-income adults we serve throughout Cumberland County and the surrounding communities. Our clinic receives no government funding—we exist because of the kindness of people like you.
