Interested in hosting a dinner to raise funds for The CARE Clinic? Read on:
Hosts provide the home, beverages and hors d'oeuvres and we provide the food. You chose the number of guests to have in your home. Some parties are as small as one host couple and two guest couples, while others are much larger with more than forty people. Most hosts join with a friend to co-host with for the event. Each home can choose from either a chicken or a lasagne dinner menu. You may fill your home with friends or allow us to place guests who do not choose a specific home to attend. We also have people who sponsor Ft. Bragg soldiers to attend some homes as a way for them to relax and enjoy Fayetteville's hospitality. As another option for dining, we have a few hosts who prefer to provide their own food or go out to dinner.
The cost of attending for guests is $75 per person or $150 for a couple. The cost for hosts and co-hosts is $50 per person or $100 per couple. These funds go to The CARE Clinic to support our services to treat the low income, uninsured adults living in Cumberland County. The clinic receives no government funding and relies totally on donations, grants and fund raising events like the Evening of CARE to provide these needed services.
